gymnophoria I have a load of diagrams on my wiki, and I'd like to show more information/explanation of each image when the user clicks on it. The simplest solution is to have Dokuwiki show the EXIF data, rather than creating many image-specific pages. Unfortunately this only seems to work for JPGs, not for PNGs. I've tried tinkering in Photoshop but the images really look better as PNGs, besides which I already have several hundred files I'd rather not convert to jpg. Is there any way to get Dokuwiki to extract PNG data? If not, where's best to make the change request? Any suggestions? Thanks!
haakans Do you have any sample picture? The problem is that there are no standardized way to support EXIF metadata in PNG. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exchangeable_image_file_format
