Subject: Printing customization with userprint.css
I've modified the list format by creating a conf/userstyle.css.  It works fine.  Also copied conf/userstyle.css to conf/userprint.css but this seems to have no effect - printing still uses default style and doesn't match what is on screen.  Any solution?

Try putting the list changes in tpl/default/print.css.  Or if you aren't using default, then tpl/whatever/print.csss

Yes, this doesn't seem to be working. Please file a bug report.

In that case the changes will be overwritten with an update.
You should rather
  • open your template's style.ini
  • add the line userprint.css = print to the list of stylesheets
  • add the userprint.css file to your template's folder and edit it to your heart's content

So, when you upgrade, you only need to add the userprint.css = print to style.ini again.

Ah, found it. The functionality is there, only the documentation is incorrect.
It's conf/printstyle.css (and not "userprint.css")!
I will correct the documentation ...

Ah!  Thank you!  I have been frustrated for a while now with my userprint.css file not being recognized; I changed it to printstyle.css and it's magically working now!  :-D  :-D  :-D

Use of printstyle.css seemed to have broken with Angua.  Is there a new file to use?  I read this page in the docs so I figure it should work but Dokuwiki is not currently pulling it in.

Read the link you've posted again and you'll see that printstyle.css has been changed back to userprint.css after Anteater. I think I'd better turn those two columns around as people are most likely to not read properly and just read the first column...
