Hello
andi,
Great pleasure and honnor to read you.
Thank you very much for your advice. You are absolutly right. However, there might be (might be, I insist) some possibilities to consider the GNU GPL adapted for some non-software works under certain very specific and sensitive conditions, as mentioned on fsf web site in
#GPLOtherThanSoftware FAQ article:
Can I use the GPL for something other than software?
You can apply the GPL to any kind of work, as long as it is clear what constitutes the “source code” for the work. The GPL defines this as the preferred form of the work for making changes in it.
However, for manuals and textbooks, or more generally any sort of work that is meant to teach a subject, we recommend using the GFDL rather than the GPL.

However,
andi, I still wander which name, where and how I should place a new lang.php file, in order to make the license text modification working with the STARTER template, without risk to have this customization lang.php file "eaten" by a future upgrade or update, both
dokuwiki version or
Starter Template version.
I've tried many tests this afternoon, but with no positive results. The licence sentence is still the same.
Anyway,
dokuwiki seems really great, easy and performing, with many brilliant contributive helps: what a job all you are doing ! Hope I will have possibility to share my works with the community.
