To my knowledge there is currently not such a plugin delivering an overview on locked pages but seems feasable to develop one.
If you are interested into such a plugin you may open a related post in Plugin Wishlist (beforehand, please look yourself to the DokuWiki.org if I've not missed a plugin).
Remark:
The page lock is valid for 15 minutes (standard configuration assumed). It may happen that a user is absent for those 15 minutes for what reason ever and the lock would be deleted automatically. That does not prevent that the user is coming back and doing further edits.
An existing lock file owns a cryptical name and contains the user name inside if registered + logged in e.g. closed wiki, etc. Based on that the user maybe contacted via email. You see there is room for ideas beside a simple list :-)

I use wiki/.htaccess with rewrite to redirect users a maintenance page while I'm upgrading the dokuwiki code.
Now that many more people are using my wikis, I would like to be sure there are no current page locks before I go and update everything. Is there an existing way to list all the page locks/user activity for a wiki?
Thanks
