I'm having some page quirkiness that looks like
http://tinypic.com/r/n51ra1/6 My setup is a nginx server with php 5.4.4 which sould rule out the php bug. I did delete the style.ini as well but the result is the same even after clearing the browser cache. I also did a touch on the config file and changed config setting to try to flush the dokuwiki cache. Also the php-fpm pool and nginx server are running under different users. Initially, I did have a few permission problems as the nginx log indicated and I resolved those. I even temporarily chmod'ed 777 the entire site to rule out a permission issue, and thus I'm pretty sure it isn't a permission issue in any of the dokuwiki files themselves. I'm running default settings in docuwiki with the exception of moving the reccomended directories outside of the document root (also chmod'ed 777 during testing), and I do not have any plugins other than the default. The only real modicfication thus far is attempting to add a template other than default and the default "appears" to be the only one displaying correctly. I did download monobook to test against the vector template in the above image which did result in some much more minor errors from monobook. In particular the image in the upper left hand image is eithier failing to display or by judging from the demo screenshot of monobook the image is infact drifted down and into the right where the article body is. All functionaly in all the templates seems to be working as I can create new pages, edit, etc.
I just don't know what to try next. I do have root access so I can modify whatever/get whatever further information is needed. Also, I found another user with strikingly similar display issues.
http://forum.dokuwiki.org/post/29309 However, unlike him I'm not currently generating any errors in the log of the web server and .htaccess should not be an issue with nginx.
