Subject: Local writing
I was looking for something like dokuwiki since a long time now.
But there are still some features I miss, to do the workflow i want.

1.) I don't want to install a webserver, that runs as a service and opens ports. I want to use the wiki only locally. Other users can still work with the wiki. Conflicts are resolved with subversion, merging the pages text files.
2.) I want to be able to work with different wikis in parallel. I see the wiki like an MS-Word/OOo-Writer document, only based on wiki syntax and stored in a mergable cool text format.

How about a minimal little webserver that comes bundled with the needed php version. It opens a only locally known port and starts the browser.
dokuwikiserver -browser=c:\program\firefox\firefox.exe -pages=c:\myproject\wiki
Yes, i know the moinmoin desktop edition ;-)
