We'd love to see what you've done with your Dokuwiki installations if you'd like to share them.  :-)

To start off, I have three that are live on a health related site:

http://www.kneeguru.co.uk/insights/

http://www.kneeguru.co.uk/KNEEtutor/

http://www.kneeguru.co.uk/dictionary/

They use a customised arctic template, the SMF auth module, and for plugins, just Box and Explain. Explain is not completely setup yet, as it needs configured for all the terms in the dictionary, not just the acronyms. But incredibly handy for cross-referencing.

hi,

I have only one wiki:

http://wiki.kokohuyb.be

And I use the sidebar template. A lot of plugins are installed, you can check them out on http://wiki.kokohuyb.be/?id=wiki:syntax

I just waited for such a thread... ;)

I use DW at intranet for (IT-) administrative documentation, atm without any special plugins or templates, so no link is available. (I love it, if everything is hidden behind some "options" ;) )

purplepaisley:

some of you found it ;-)

I hope it is now online for all.

I use the arctic template. I experiment with it to learn CSS. I want to customise the template.
So to add content is sometimes vorgotten.

In the moment I fight with the acl and with friendly URLs.

We have one 'production' wiki up (with a couple of others for testing of new patches and our own work), set up on our internal network.  Until recently it was the standard template, with some modifications to integrate it a bit better with some of our other applications.  I decided to take a break from 'real work' recently and change the looks, which ultimately ended up with usage of the ACH template with a stylesheet to better match the look of above mentioned apps.  Documentation used to be sporadic and difficult to find around here, spread out between random notes in different applications, random paper documents lying on various desktops, and mostly random text files on various servers.  Having a home for all documentation, and having it exist in a format that is fairly easily exported to any other format we may want for a particular case is a great time saver.

The look is nothing very special, but in case anyone wants to see a screenshot is attached.

Now we have our own little template with our corporate colors. In the meantime the prduction team is joining the wiki and does some documentation within. :)

When I first got onto Dokuwiki it was for the purpose of setting up a research intranet. It evolved into this:

http://www.cmcc.ufro.cl

I am no longer affiliated to that project, nor that collegue, but they still write to me and tell me about how great DW came to fill in those days.

Now I use DW in my personal wiki (detailsin my profile), as well as two game-related wikis around there, for which I can't provide links. Also I use DW to keep a live jounal, or diary, in a virtual machine in my pendrive. And of course the network courses in my collegue are now set up in a dokuwiki, after all I'm the tutor.

DW is just that great.

Well, for those who don't already know them, here are my websites - with photos so you can see right away what they look like and what I have done. Oh and they are pretty much all in German.

I also have one where I experimented with having it in German AND English for a change - but this is more of a stepchild and has been neglected a lot:

This is an old thread which was started before we had any such showcase in the wiki.
Please add any installation you would like to show to https://www.dokuwiki.org/dokuinstall
