Hello,
for our companies internal wiki we need to have some kind of approval. I know that wikis aren't intended for those regulations (https://www.dokuwiki.org/faq:approval) but otherwise I cannot convince the management to implement the wiki.
I tried all three of the mentioned plugins (structpublish, publish and approve).
Using the publish or approve plugins didn't work.
Approve:
- users can still see all pages except the ones marked for approval, no matter if they are the approvers or someone else
- the error log shows "E_WARNING: Trying to access array offset on false"
Publish:
- users can still see all pages except the ones marked for approval, no matter if they are the approvers or someone else
- the error log shows "E_WARNING: Undefined array key "approval""
Using the structpublish-plugin kind of worked, but every user who isn't allowed to "approve" isn't able to even see the page at all until it's published.
All in all: I don't really care, which plugin is used in the end, but what I need is this (everything according to the respevctive ACL-rights of course):
- all users should be able to see every page, no matter if they are the approvers/publishers
- all users should be able to edit every page (as drafts for the approval)
- all users should be able to see pagedrafts, which aren't approved/published
- obviously I don't want any error 500 messages
Hopefully someone can help me. If there are any further questions feel free to ask. I hope you can understand everything I have written, as English is not my first language.
Regards
